We aim to deliver your order within 10 days of your order confirmation. We expect your order to reach you before then. However experience has thought us that it is better to under-promise and over-deliver than let customers down by failing to meet promised targets.
Pigeon Racing Meds aims to keep approximately 90% of all listed products in stock, in which case, we will process your order the day we receive it and ship it either that day or the following day. If you order a 'non-stock' item than it may take up to an additional 5 business days to process.

Returns Policy |
Products supplied by Pigeon Racing Meds that are found unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt can be returned for a full refund, including any costs you incur shipping the product back to us.
Note:
Most of our competitors’ return policies only cover unopened, undamaged products that are not defaced in any way. We trust you to be an intelligent, honest and experienced user that would only choose to return goods if you genuinely believe them to be defective in some way. We think that it is unreasonable, if not downright ridiculous, to expect you to identify product defects without opening their boxes. We will therefore accept to replace products that you deem to be defective, even when returned in opened boxes. In such instances, all we ask of you is:
- A fax or scanned copy of a valid prescription.
- Any proof that you have been previously used these products without problems.
- Please do not dispose of defective products as we return them to manufacturers for analysis and, fingers-crossed, a possible refund.
Returns Procedure
- Before returning merchandise, please contact Customer Service by e-mail to receive a Product Return Authorization (PRA) number. Your PRA number must accompany all returned merchandise.
- Complete our Returns and Exchange form.
- Secure your merchandise, preferably in the original packaging supplied to you by Pigeon Racing Meds if still available, otherwise in any sturdy box. Please do not return products in an envelope.
- Please enclose your original invoice and a completed Returns and Exchange form.
